after reading thru the first chapter, i was totally disappointed with the content of this dry text, it surely tastes like something from a few self-righteous scholars.Outsourcing is a subject that needs to be dealt with using vivid stories from the trenches and insights gained via painful experiences. Not something the authors of this book did: tons of references from other titles and theoretical analysis.
